In this dynamic hybrid role, you’ll support both our clients and our clinical team, ensuring every patient receives exceptional care and every nurse feels equipped and confident. You’ll provide hands-on nursing care to clients in their homes, assist with clinical training and mentorship, and collaborate closely with our office staff to keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
Deliver compassionate, one-on-one nursing care to clients across a variety of needs and settings
Support and shadow field nurses to ensure seamless care and clinical consistency
Assist with clinical orientation, skills checks, and mentorship for new nurses
Partner with office and scheduling teams to coordinate staffing and maintain quality care
Promote safety, compliance, and the BrightStar Care standard of excellence every day
What You’ll Bring
Active RN license in [state]
Minimum 1 year of pediatric or clinical nursing experience (home health preferred)
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Passion for supporting clients, teammates, and overall team success
Reliable transportation, auto insurance, and current BLS certification
