• Deliver personalized 1:1 in-home nursing care

• Follow care plans and document accurately
• Perform standard LPN clinical skills including medication administration and patient monitoring

What You Need

• Active Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• 1+ year nursing experience
