BrightStar Care is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1:1 pediatric home health care in Gainesville, FL. - Mon–Thurs: 6:30 PM – 11:30 PM (evening shifts)
- Wed & Thurs: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (12-hour day shifts)
- Sat & Sun: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (weekend day shifts)
- Provide skilled 1:1 pediatric care in the patient’s home
- Follow established plan of care and use clinical judgment when needed
- Complete accurate and timely documentation per nursing standards
- Perform treatments and procedures within LPN scope of practice
- Maintain patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality at all times
- Weekly pay with direct deposit

- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required
- G-tube experience preferred (pediatric experience is a plus)
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Up-to-date TB test or chest X-ray
- Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills
Must be able to:
- Stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, twist, push, and pull
- Lift or transfer up to 50 lbs
