- Mon–Thurs: 6:30 PM – 11:30 PM (evenings)
- Wed & Thurs: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (12-hour day shifts)
- Sat & Sun: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (weekend day shifts)
- Provide skilled 1:1 pediatric care in the patient’s home
- Implement plan of care using clinical judgment and critical thinking
- Complete accurate, timely documentation per care plan and standards
- Perform nursing procedures within scope of practice and company protocols
- Maintain patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality at all times
- Active, unrestricted RN license in Florida (or compact license valid in FL)
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required
- G-tube experience preferred
- Pediatric experience is a plus (training/support available for the right candidate)
- Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance
- Strong documentation and clinical judgment skills
- Compliant with HIPAA and state/federal regulations
- BSN preferred
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
