What You’ll Do

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the home
• Perform PDN skills including G-tube care, trach care, oxygen therapy, and suctioning
• Monitor patient condition and report changes to the care team
• Follow individualized care plans to ensure patient safety
• Assist with daily routines and ADLs (including school prep when needed)
• Complete accurate and timely documentation

• 24/7 Coverage Available (Days, Nights & Weekends)
• Full-Time, Part-Time & PRN Roles
• 12-hour shifts available
• Evening/Weekend Case:
  • Weekdays: 1:30 PM – 9:30 PM
  • Weekends: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

What We’re Looking For

• Active Florida LPN or RN license
• Experience in home care, PDN, or skilled nursing preferred
• Experience with G-tube, trach, ventilator, or oxygen therapy preferred
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Current CPR certification
• Reliable transportation
