Physical Therapist (PT) Responsibilities
• Provide skilled physical therapy services in patients’ homes
• Complete evaluations and treatment visits
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Focus on mobility, gait training, balance, and strengthening exercises
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Complete timely documentation Qualifications
• Active Alabama Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• 1+ year of PT experience preferred
