- pay $90 to $100 per visit + mileage reimbursement

- Perform in-home physical therapy evaluations and develop personalized care plans.
- Deliver skilled therapy services focused on improving strength, balance, gait, and functional mobility.
- Educate patients and family members on home exercise programs and safe mobility practices.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary BrightStar team including nurses, OTs, HHAs, and case managers.
- Document patient progress and visit notes using our mobile-friendly EMR system.
- Ensure patient safety and quality outcomes aligned with BrightStar’s core standards and compliance protocols.
- Active and unrestricted Massachusetts Physical Therapist license
- Graduate of an accredited PT program (DPT or MPT)
- CPR certification
- Minimum 1 year of PT experience preferred (new grads welcome with supervision)
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a care team
