Job Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities - including bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, and skin care, along with medication reminders and monitoring vital signs (temperature, height, weight).
• Assist with mobility, light housekeeping, and tasks such as cleaning, laundry, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for patients.
• Support patient assessments and monitoring of vital signs under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Assist in the implementation of patient care plans.
• Deliver compassionate support and companionship to patients.

Qualifications:

• Current CNA or HHA certification or training.
• A minimum of one year of experience in home care health, assisted living, or similar settings.
• A heartfelt desire to help others with a positive and respectful attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
