- Lead the nursing department in delivering high-quality care that aligns with our mission and compliance standards.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of nursing staff.
- Implement and review clinical operations and policies to ensure efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate comprehensive patient care and administrative efficiency.
- Monitor patient care for quality assurance and implement improvements as needed.
- Develop and manage the nursing budget, ensuring resource allocation aligns with departmental goals.
- Current RN license and BSN required, MSN or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- At least 3 years of nursing experience, with previous experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with staff, management, and external partners.
- Deep understanding of healthcare regulations, patient care standards, and ethical practices.
