BrightStar Care of Gainesville is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide personalized, one-on-one therapy to patients in their homes throughout Gainesville and surrounding areas.
Looking for a PRN opportunity that offers flexibility while allowing you to make a meaningful impact on patients’ lives? This role gives you the opportunity to help patients improve mobility, build strength, and maintain independence through individualized in-home care.
Pay: $75 per hour base rate, with compensation flexibility based on experience and qualifications.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients' mobility, strength, functional abilities, and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable therapy goals.
• Provide in-home therapeutic exercises, mobility training, strengthening, and rehabilitation interventions.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safe mobility, and fall prevention.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation and communicate with the care team to support continuity of care.

What You'll Need

• Active Florida Physical Therapist (PT) license.
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Home health or rehabilitation experience preferred.
