What You’ll Do

• Provide hands-on assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
  
  
• Assist RNs with monitoring client wellness, basic assessments, and care plan updates.
  
  
• Offer warm companionship, meal prep, and light housekeeping to help clients live safely at home.
  
  

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts CNA license OR verifiable HHA/PCA training/caregiving experience.
  
  
• 1+ year of experience in home care, assisted living, or a hospital setting preferred.
  
  
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and a compassionate heart.
  
  
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred).
