What You’ll Do
- Perform speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive evaluations
- Create and deliver individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy in dysphagia, articulation, voice, and communication strategies
- Train patients/caregivers in compensatory techniques and home practice
- Document sessions per NJ DOH, Medicare, and BrightStar standards
- Collaborate with RNs, PTs, OTs, and CHHAs
- NJ SLP license / CCC-SLP credential
- 1+ year of SLP experience (home health preferred)
- CPR/BLS certification
- Strong clinical documentation and patient interaction skills
- Reliable transportation in Camden/Cherry Hill
