Compensation

Indiana Home Health Aides (HHA): Starting at $17.50/hour (based on experience and certification)

Additional opportunities for shift incentives, employee recognition, and career advancement.

Flexible Scheduling

• Up to 12-hour shifts

This is a PRN (as-needed) position with the opportunity to regularly work 40+ hours per week based on your availability and client needs.

What You'll Do

As a Caregiver or Home Health Aide, you'll help seniors and adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes by providing:

• Personal care, bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Companionship and emotional support
• Meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Transportation to appointments and errands
• Mobility assistance and safe transfers
• Fall prevention and client safety
• Documentation of care provided
• Communication with clients, families, and the care team

Qualifications

Home Health Aide (HHA)

• 1 year or more experience
• Active Indiana Home Health Aide Certification

Additional Requirements

• Current CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Negative TB Test or Chest X-Ray
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable, insured vehicle
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Ability to pass a drug screening
