Skilled Healthcare Manager (RN) Drive Growth. Elevate Care. Expand Impact. Position Summary We are seeking an energetic Skilled Healthcare Manager (RN) to champion our post-acute care programs, fuel Medicare short-term stay growth, and expand national account partnerships. As a vital clinical and operational leader, you will bridge the gap between our facilities and top-tier healthcare partners—including hospitals, health systems, and managed care organizations—ensuring seamless patient transitions and robust census success. Key Responsibilities Program Ambassadorship: Promote our premier skilled nursing and rehabilitation services to key healthcare partners and referral sources.
Medicare & Short-Term Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of Medicare guidelines and admission criteria to drive short-term stay admissions and care transitions.
National Account Growth: Cultivate strategic partnerships with hospitals, health systems, and managed care networks to expand service utilization.
Referral Development: Forge strong alliances with discharge planners, case managers, social workers, and physicians to boost referral flow and conversion rates.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with facility leaders to optimize occupancy, enhance quality of care, and achieve strategic growth goals. What We Are Looking For Required: Active RN license with $3\text{--}5$ years of experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, or healthcare management; strong working knowledge of Medicare guidelines and relationship management.
Preferred: BSN or related degree, background in national accounts or business development, and hands-on experience with hospital referral networks.
Core Competencies: Strategic growth mindset, clinical expertise, exceptional communication, and data-driven performance analysis. Performance Expectations Measurable growth in Medicare short-term admissions, referral activity, and facility occupancy.
