What You’ll Do
- Complete in-home evaluations for pediatric and adult patients
- Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals
- Supervise COTAs and review documentation for accuracy
- Provide follow-up visits as clinically appropriate
- Collaborate with the care team to support patient progress
What You Need
- Active Texas Occupational Therapist license
- Minimum 1 year of OT experience
- Current CPR-BLS certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload
What You’ll Get
