BrightStar Care of Amarillo is looking for a Physical Therapist to provide personalized care to patients in their homes throughout Hereford and surrounding areas.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide physical therapy in patients’ homes
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and daily function
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Coordinate care with PTAs and other healthcare professionals
• Complete accurate and timely documentation

What You’ll Need

• Active, unrestricted Texas PT license
• At least 1 year of PT experience
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently
• Own device and reliable internet connection required to access your schedule and complete charting
