BrightStar Care is looking for an LVN to provide nursing visits to patients in their homes throughout Amarillo and the surrounding Texas Panhandle. This is a great opportunity for a nurse who enjoys variety, autonomy, and meaningful patient connections.

What You’ll Do

• Follow each patient’s plan of care
• Perform wound care, medication administration, and other ordered treatments
• Monitor patients and report changes in condition
• Educate patients and families about ongoing needs
• Communicate with physicians and the care team
• Complete accurate visit documentation

What You’ll Need

• Minimum 1 year of LVN experience
• Active, unrestricted Texas LVN license
• Wound care experience is a plus
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to manage visits with minimal supervision
• Own device and reliable internet connection required to access your schedule and complete charting
